Camp-Chefin Dr. Christine Theiss (Mitte) und die Coaches Sigrid Ilumaa und Ramin Abtin helfen den Kandidat:innen beim Start in ihr neues Leben.
130 kilos: the measurement limit of a standard bathroom scale. 227.1 kilos: the weight of Torsten, the heaviest candidate from "Life made easy - The Biggest Loser" 2023 in SAT.1. "My body harms me. My health. My mind," the 42-year-old sums up the immense burden. But not only Torsten exceeds the measuring range of every bathroom scale with his starting weight: His 19 colleagues also live with overweight, some of which are dangerous to health. Just like Vivienne (22), who is hoping to move to the camp at 142.6 kilos: "I just function in everyday life. I'm no longer alive. And I need help here. I can't do it alone anymore."
High time to start a new chapter in life! In "Life made easy" starting February 5, the 20 highly motivated candidates turn their lives upside down every Sunday during Access Prime Time and want to become lighter - and healthier. Under the guidance of camp boss Dr. Christine Theiss and the coaches Sigrid Ilumaa and Ramin Abtin, the kilo fighters seize their unique opportunity for the ultimate new start in "Life made easy".
